Week 2: Day 3: Shoulders

Shoulders (Increase Weight Each Set)
Seated Dumbbell Press: 3x10

Side Lateral Raises: 3x10 last set is a drop set (15lbs for 10, 12lbs for 10, 10lbs for 10)

CARDIO: 40 Mins on Stepmill at Level 8

Trainer's Notes:

I am finding that Brandy is still very critical of herself while working out. Cardio is especially difficult and Brandy is beginning to build up a mental block toward strenuous activity. It is an area which I will spend extra time working to help her overcome.
