Week 2: Day 2: The New Workout

After consulting personal trainer and health coach, Michael George, I have come up with a specialized workout that will help Brandy reach her ideal goals.

Here is Day 1:

Monday: Back (Increase weight on each set)

Pull-Ups: 5x5 (slow and controlled)

One Arm Rows: 3x10

T-Bar Row: 3x10

Seated Row Close Grip: 3x10

Lat Pulldowns: 3x10

CARDIO:
Warm-Up at 3.5MPH for 3-5 minutes
20 Minutes of sprints at level 9
30 seconds on 30

Trainer's Notes:
I find that Brandy is enjoying the variety of exercises offered in the actual gym setting. However she can be a little too critical of herself when she finds a task overwhelming.
