Week 1 Day 2

Workout 2: Back and Bicep

Warm Up- 15 minutes on Treadmill (5 incline)

Back:

One Arm Row- 3x10

DB Rows- 3x10

Step Ups-3x20

Weighted Punches-3x15

Balance Ball Curls- 3x10

Standing Dumbbell Curls-3x10

Tricep Kickbacks-3x10

Trainer's Notes:
Once again, we are working out in an apartment complex which doesn't offer enough equipment for a full workout. While today was supposed to be back and bicep there weren't enough items in the gym to do the workout.
