  1. 1.I feel like im doing a good job with the workoute for going into them after not working out in like 3 months.The workouts are hard and push me further than I thought I could go but i feel good because I suprise myself.I feel sore and happy!
    2.I love having Brian as a trainer because he is disiplined and strict.Not in a bad way but he always knows how to motivate me to go as far as my body will let me.He pushes me and when I leave I feel a sense of accomplishment and I cant wait for the next workout.I like that we talk about my likes and dislikles about m body beacause its mental and physical.
    3.NO!!just never let me quit and keep training me the way have been!
